Themes do not contain the images that we use on our previews because those images are copyrighted and theme authors can't re-distribute them to their clients.
We actually wrote about this on our item page:
Image Credits:The sample images viewed in the live preview are for demo purposes only and are not included with your purchase. They’re replaced with sample images so you can easily replace the images with yours.
This is not only our policy, but this is not allowed by Envato and all the theme authors use sample images on demo-contents so users will have it easier to change with their images and content.
I will send you some very nice stock photos sites, there you can find super high quality images for free:
Yes, that means for the coloured squares and all the other content of that demo. If we add the original images on our demo-contents there would be a very big demo-content and it would fail for a lot of users that have low or medium server limits.
That's why Envato has recommended authors to change those images with much smaller dummy images because anyway clients will change those demo images with their images.
Hi guys,
Having trouble installing demo content. No errors occur but clearly something is up :/ None of the media for the main demo displays. Any ideas
Ok I remembered how I used to do it, but there used to be a install media files (content pack) option. This appears to have changed?
[EDIT]
Sorry to shamelessly bump this post, but worried its been missed?

There are more nice sites but those are most famous ones.
Have a great weekend and be safe!
Am i right in thinking you used to be able to install the example content though? That's what step 5 in the documentation refers to.
Step 5 – Import demo content (Optional)
Import a demo content pack to get started. This is an optional step however most of the users do it.
Does this mean the coloured sqaures is correct?
Hi marckeeling,

Thanks for your understanding!
Ok, that's a shame.
Personally I think it is has lowered the value of the theme.
The design choices made due to the images and videos was half of the attraction. It saved a lot of time.
As a newb, reverse engineering coloured squares is way harder, especially when there aren't any videos.
Naughty Envato xD
Hi marckeeling,
I'm sorry for that mate, hope that this rule can change soon
Have a great day!
