Have you tried again to see if the problem is still present, it looks like a temporary issue with the server where the plugin files are located, if it still does not work then please  please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

I cannot access your admin area, perhaps there is a firewall by your hosting company which does not allow other users to access it:

No the URL was good but as mentioned in my previous reply there is a firewall in your site which does not allow users from other countries to access the admin area for security reasons, so I used a VPN for that and also installed WPBakery PB plugin.

I installed it through Appearance > Install Plugins I don't know why  that plugin was not being installed so I will discuss it with the team, it was never reported before so we will have to investigate it.
