Are you talking about the menu, you want to have a default menu instead of the menu trigger? I am unable to view your site because of a reCaptcha which is always wrong, no matter if you type the code correctly.
The filter which you are using is a WPBakery Page Builder element and not the theme filter so the theme does not interfere with the plugin filter and we cannot do anything about it.

I meant the portfolio grid filter buttons with the class .vc_grid-filter. I would like to show them also on mobile devices.
