There is another question though: I'm using sticky header for desktop and disabled it for tablet and mobile screens. But if I use scrollable links I still get an offset on top of the referred section (see screenshot attached ... the black bar is from the section before).

How is it possible to disable the whole portfolio functionality (including custom post type, admin page etc.)? It's not needed for my current project.
