I tried to do the same inin our online theme demos and I also tried the same in my localhost copy of Aurum but something like this is not happening there.
I think that this has to do with your server cache or something so if you have concern about this please contact your hosting provider.
When I change the logo and open an anonymous windows the logo is not changed, just if I stay on the same page
