In default wp, tags are not showing up by deafault search .
Lets say I have product which has a tag "ticksy" but this word is not in the title or description, so it won't show up in search result when I search for ticksy.
There is a plugin can help me do that but it won't work in my Kalium theme I think.
The default WordPress search does not allow this so you're free to use any plugin for that, you can test any plugin and see if it does not conflict with the theme you're free to use it. We don't have any recommendation for any of them unfortunately.
