Also I need to change page background image (dotted one).
That's because you have not installed or activated the required plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder and Advanced Custom Fields PRO which are crucial for the theme to work properly, please follow this guide to install these plugins.
Regarding the dotted image, in the admin are go to Custom CSS and if you want to delete the image completely then remove the red block:

But if you want to change the image only, replace the URL with the new image you want to use, and don't forget to Save all changes.
