1— It seems that your Wordpress language is Chinese and WooCommerce automatically translates its strings to the language that you have selected in the Wordpress settings.

2— Please add this CSS code to your Custom CSS area:

header.site-header .header-menu .logo a {
    padding: 20px 0 !important;
}
header.site-header ul.nav>li>a, header.site-header div.nav>ul>li>a {
    font-size: 16px !important;
}

* it seems that you already have changed those areas by adding CSS codes in your theme.

3— Please just add this CSS code to your Custom CSS area:

footer.site-footer {
    padding: 20px 0;
}
footer.site-footer .footer-bottom {
    padding: 20px 0 0 0;
    margin-top: 10px;
}
footer.site-footer .footer-widgets .sidebar {
    margin-bottom: 10px;
}

You Wordpress language was Chinese and not English, I just made it English and now your site appears in English.

3— Please just add this CSS code to your Custom CSS area:

4— Please contact WooCommerce support for this, I think that they should support them natively or with any external plugin that supports those payment methods.
