For some reason the black keyline/stroke that I had at the bottom of every page is disappearing (it seems to work in mobile), it disappears from the bottom of the page where it should be located and I can't figure out why. I'd love your help here.

On the footer of my site pages there is and should be a black stroke/keyline or black line and the black line is showing up correctly on the site pages when on mobile devices but not on the actual website on a PC. The site pages shows the line momentarily and then it disappears or it doesn't show it at all.
This a problem and I need it looked at carefully, as I can't remember where I set up the line, but something is definitely wrong. This page is a good example of the problem:

I have just figured out what was causing the problem, in some instances I needed to add an extra space within the page to allow for the line to have visibility online. In other cases I just needed to revert to the theme style.

Hi Katherine,
You footer doesn't show until you scroll to the bottom of the page, and you are using Fixed to bottom style.
