I am contacting you regarding the sliders for the header of every of my pages. On mobile the page will not scroll past the slider, on every page with a slider.
Do you know why this is happening? Can you please help me fix this?
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
As this slider came with your theme I cannot access support with them, as I don't have a product code. Would you be able to recommend which plug in's I should deactivate to check this issue?
We provide the plugin with the theme but we can't provide support for the features that the plugin offers or for any problems that plugin has or other plugins cause.

How do I fix this? As no one on mobile can access my website, as every page has a sider on the top of the page.

I'm really sorry but the only solution is to purchase the plugin if you have any problem with it and you need their support because we are not experienced in those problems for the plugin. We can help you in any small problem but we don't know what is this particular problem or why it is happening. Our support also has expired because we have purchased an extended license and 6 month support for us cost 150$.
You are already using the latest version of this plugin, also you have disabled other plugins to check your problem and as you say problem is happening again, then it should be a bug in the Revolution Slider plugin itself and the only way to get support is from the author of the plugin because this is their product and they know the best what is happening there.
This is very disappointing news. You advertise the Kalium theme with the slider revolution as the hero image and video. Where the slider revolution is part of the package with Kalium, why would I then buy the slider resolution when it should come with your theme package?
I also took out extended support with Laborator, to help with this issue and now you're saying you can't help with a product that is included with your theme. This is pretty bad service.
I have deactivated all the plug in's with little success. So I need to find a solution to this problem. As my retail store is closed, I need my website to pick up the slack during these uncertain times and no one can work it! Surely you can see my frustration here?
The reason why I wanted to choose slider resolution, the hero image, text and layout of the slider can be scaled down for desktop, laptop, iPad, or iPhone screen sizes. When I replace this with just an image block, the image or text does not scale.
Is there a way to not use slider resolution? Whist keeping the same style of the image / text that can be scaled for different screen sizes?
If you can help me with this I would appreciate it.

This is not a theme related question and also I gave you all the instructions that I could and the article that might solve your problem.
Also as for the Slider Revolution support, we are maybe the only themeforest authors that try to help in maximum our clients, you can purchase Avada theme that is the most selling one or any other theme and compare their support with ours.
A lot of theme authors have more than 10 support members in their team but the support leaves much to be desired.
