    Hi Harry,

I can see that you have installed Bookstore demo but you have installed demo content more than one time and your demo is not showing as it should now.

I can install Bookstore demo in a fresh Wordpress install for you but before I do that I can see on your System Status page that some of your PHP limits are lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.

For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.

When you increase them please reply here so I can proceedsmile.png

    Thanks!

    Hi Harry,

Please increase the limits that I marked so I can install demo-content without a problem for you.

    Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. The numbers were increased.

It took longer than expected to correct. I’m hoping you can still assist with loading the demo content as mentioned earlier. thanks again.

    Hi Harry,

Do I have your permission to reset your Wordpress installation and install Bookstore demo for you please?

This process will reset your Wordpress installation so if you done any work so far it will be lost.

    Thanks!

    Hi Harry,

Thank you very much, I hope that you and your family will be well in those times.

    Good night!

P.S: If you like the theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab. A huge thank you from me and Laborator in advance.

    Hey there,

unfortunately I have the same issue. I try to import Demo content (construction), but only the Home is being displayed more or less properly (no real images neither in slider nor in the sections). By clicking on the menu and heading to a different page / article I get a blank page with "The content of the page cannot be displayed"

The importer did its job without any error by the way. Is there a manual way to import the stuff?

I am not a new to WP, I just wanted to know how the template worked... if I cannot get it importing I have to dig through all the relevant pages at the demo I suppose...

    Hi,

what a pity. I cannot open a new ticket as the support year already ended and I never set up Kalium before (was a bundled purchase back in 11/18).

So let's see what I can do from there...

    Best,
    B
