    Hello, 

    When I try to update my Kalium theme, I receive an error saying This domain is not permitted to download the update!

    How can I fix this?

    Hi Katherine,

    If you have activated the license in this domain katethornleyhall.com, please just go to Wordpress > Updates section then click Check Again button 1-2 times then try to update your theme. It should work
