I'm trying to customize the look of my data tables.  I don't seem to have any documentation so I am a little lost at how to do this on my own.

My questions are as follows;

1. Number filters for dollar columns?
   1. Can filters be implemented for value ranges, i.e. between 10 and 15, on numeric data types.
2. Fixed column width? 
   1. Is there a way for me to fix individual column widths proportional to the overall width.
3. Format column with $ and thousand separator
   1. I want to be able to display $1,350, rather than 1350 and align fields with numbers to the right, rather than the left default

I've waited several days now and no reply.  I am looking for some detailed documentation on this template so I can do my own troubleshooting, but for the life of me I cannot find it anywhere.  Do you have a detailed help file or user documentation for this product?

I understand this might be an old version.  Having said that, I just bought this theme from Envato within the last 2 months.  My question is why is the theme sold on Envato not updated to the most recent version?  Would that not solve a lot of support requests, and save users from having to do these updates themselves?
