The problem seems to come from the plugins as in the console I can see some JavaScript errors. Can you please try disabling 3rd party plugins that do not come with the theme one by one and this way you will find out which plugin is causing this.
Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

Yes the login credentials are working but there is an issue with the jQuery loading in your server which is not allowing the jQuery to be executed and therefore all the scripts throughout your site are not working properly.
Please contact your server regarding this problem and they should assist you on this, I don't know exactly what the issue may be but maybe there is a permission issue which is not loading the jQuery.
If you install it in a subdomain or another domain for testing purposes, you won't be charged.

Hi art.
I showed your message to the server's support.
First, they said this is a really problem with jquery's script in this file in attachment.
Then, they suggested me to create a new subdomain, install the theme again from 0, copy the new JS file and change it in my original domain.
However, if I install this theme again in a new subdomain in another Wordpress, I'll be charged once more, right?
It is possible you change this file (JS) or send it to me or something like that?
???
Hey Art. I need an answer :(

Hey Art. I'm here again.
Well, I did what you said. I installed the theme in a new subdomain (http://teste.buridm.com.br/), copied the file and pasted in the original theme.
After a lot of tries, nothing happenned and the mistake still on my website (the hamburguer icon is not working).
How can you help me? I lost of time trying to solve this problem of your theme :(
And just to be clear: I tried everything, changed the pasta's content, installed the Wordpress again and the problem still there.
I really need to correct this as soon as possible
Hi there,
The problem is not a theme problem, the issue was caused because you had turned on the logo switch but did not select any logo:
So I have disabled it for this page and now the menu is showing.

Hi Art. That's fantastic.
I looked everything in Wordpress trying to find the problem. Thanks so much.
