I would like to add a contact us form to my Aurum WP site that is currently in development. I would like to have a drop-down menu and a way for customers to submit a file. Is this something that is included with the Aurum Minimalist theme? If so, please could you offer guidance in how I create this page. If not, is there a plugin that I can download and install?
