The product images and size selector are not displaying when viewed on Safari for OSX. All other browsers are fine, as is Safari for iOS. When looking at dev tools, images are not being served, but when visiting the image directly in the browser, it loads. Clearly, images and some css are not displaying properly.
Can you please check if you are maybe you are using a very old version of Safari that doesn't support HTML5 and CSS3?
— Also we don't have this issue on our theme and a problem like this was not reported by any user. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
I'm using Safari 12.0, which is not an old version of Safari by any means and ships with Mojave. I've been messaged by multiple people now saying they're having the same problems. Another thing I've noticed is that the drop down menu in the navigation menu is not working on hover. So there is some very strange behaviour happening with Safari 12.0. I've tried deactivating all plugins one by one and I cannot find the source of this issue. Would it be possible for you to revert to Safari 12 and see if you can recreate this issue? Because Safari 12 is the third most used web browser according to w3counter.com
This is very interesting, I don't think that the problem is in Safari 12 but maybe you have enabled any extension in your Safari browser that created this problem. We have many users that use Safari 12 and even older versions but I have never seen a ticket with this problem.
We have three Mac devices in our office but all of them are using the latest MacOS Catalina (10.15.3) so it's very difficult to debug this problem.
If you have another computer that has Safari 12 (or older) can you please check if the same problem is happening in those devices too?
