    Some customization cannot be saved. 

    Ex) Main Menu is not showing the way I have customized, Menu Font Color and Image Loading Background Color is still in green (where I chose different colors; grey). 

    These Theme Customization were made on the local server,  but wouldn't save on public server. 

    I have submit private ticket #2265476 but their reply stopped since 2 weeks ago.

    I'm sorry for the late reply. Our team was in vocation and we also added a notice in the support homepage but maybe you haven't seen that notice.
