When you install a demo content you can remove it by resetting what you've done, by using this plugin Wordpress Reset (By Matt Martz) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again. You are free to build the site in the way you want, the demo content is for those who want to get the same look as in the demos which are available.

We've already installed a Kalium Theme. Now we have to choose a Demo and don't know in which way it is changeable afterwards.
Is it possible to build any Demo in any way we want?
