    Hi,

Now that I've settled almost everything , I have the common eternal problem. Site speed.

My site loads extremely slow, I have already WP super cache, but I don't see any difference.
Do you have any recommendations? What can I do to make it faster?

    Thanks!

    Hi Stathis,

The site speed is affected by many factors, if your site source loads fast but it takes long to show the page then the problem is related to server network and its resources.

In our demo sites we are hosted in a dedicated server which we are the only client and thus our site loads fast. So in your case if you are in a shared hosting it is the reason why the network speed and resources are common factor of your site speed.

We are hosted on OVH but literally you may be hosted anywhere with more resources available that will offer more site speed.

    I hope this helps you.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi Art,

Are there any recommended settings for WP super cache?

I 've read a lot, but I 'm not sure what to choose best.

    Hi Stathis,

We don't have any recommendation about the WP Super Cache optimization but you can take some time to read this article which can help you further to speed up the site.

    Hi again,

When I check my waterfall in Gtmetrix, I see that ajax=get_refreshed_fragments, can even get 4 sec-9sec to load. I've googled a lot of articles , but still can't decide what is best to do.

So, do I really need this? Should I de-activate it? Or how can I make this work only on the cart pages and not on every single page of my site, so that I can reduce my site's loading time?

    Thanks once more.

    Hey

I don’t know how to read Gtmertix properly but here’s what I exactly did to my website and helped tremendously with the speed load

I’m a photographer and had around 100 photos uploaded in portfolio and these photos were never compressed and my php limit is also was old and not maxed

first thing I did was compressing the photos by using a wordpress plug-in

Second thing was updating my php limit and set it to the max(blueHost support did it for me)

And lastly was switching to CDN server and that really was the big change and site load on mobile is a second to load a page.

what hosting service you use ? Also what is the link for your website? I want to see the load time on my device because some devices load longer then others
