I am building pages with Kalium and Page Builder. Where do I apply Javascript?

For example, if I want to make this:

I use HTML in text box element, I can paste CSS to custom CSS, but I'm not sure where to use JS? There is a Raw JS element available but this does not seem to be the right place.
