That is happening because you are using Absolute Header in your Theme Options (Globally). You have two methods to set the header position.
Globally — By going to Theme Options > Header and Menu > Header Settings > Header Position and choose for example Content Below (Static) so this will change the header to Static for every theme page (more info).
For any specific page — To do that you need click Edit to your desired page and then go to Parameters and Options area > Header Options > Header Position (more info).

The top menu bar overlaps the portfolio items and I can't find the mistake... I met the header position as static, but it doesn't help.

I´m so sorry, but now I have another problem in the theme kalium.
I want to change the heart icon into the burn icon from the list.
I entered this code:
.icon.fa-heart-o:before {content: "\f46a";
}
But it only appears a square (screenshot). If I enter the code for the anchor or the bicycle it does work....
