grid spacing for password protected item

Since your 2 last Kalium theme updates, a portfolio item protected by password does not follow the default grid spacing (unless it is set to merged).
In my case, the default grid spacing is set to 2 pixels. All the portfolio items show the right grid spacing, excepting one item with password access which shows a large 16 pixels margin around the image. This margin goes back to the 2 pixels default spacing once the password is entered.
    How to correct this issue?
    Thanks
