    Hello everybody,

    I hope this message finds you well.
    Since we've built a website for a client on one of our own subdomains, we need to change the licensed domain now from: eye-d-box.de to: guenterstandl.de

    Otherwise we will not be able to run the required theme update — can you help us with this issue?

    Hi Julia,

    It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.

    I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.

    Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

    thank you very much for your fast reply and for changing the domain!
    Normally we use the correct domain right from the start, but in this case the client had an older php-version installed which we couldn't use for the website redesign.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but I have the same issue. I registered the theme for blff.fr but we had to change the domain to baisselechauffage.fr. 
    I noted that it would be best to activate the theme late in the process to avoid this issue. But for now, could you please fix this particular issue?
