Also, on the mobile version of the website there is a revolution slider error that keeps popping up and not allowing visitors to view the site. You are using an old version of our theme 2.9.2, the latest version for the moment is 2.9.4 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
If this doesn't solve your problems then please share your Wordpress credentials because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

I'm sorry but the error is still showing on both mobile devices and desktop. I refreshed the cache and reload the website this error still pops up
“Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.”
Please we need to fix this as soon as possible our company is losing business because of this.
I checked your problem for more that one hour but I can't find why this problem is happening. Also I can see that the area where the error is saying to change the setting is not corresponding with this version, so the error text is for the old version of the RS plugin.
I saw many articles that mentioned that this and they say that this can be a server environment error:
Earlier today I decided to even delete the Revolution Slider plugin completely and use a different slide plugin in hopes to get rid of the error but it looks like even that didn't work, the same error is still popping up. Any idea on how to fix this issues ?
I can see that you have removed the slider now and the Slider Revolution completely, so I will postpone creating the ticket in their support.
As for the same error, that is happening because of any cache in your server. I highly suggest you to contact your hosting provider and ask them why the error is showing even that you have deleted the plugin.
I believe that those problems are coming from your server caches because days ago, when I made some changes in your Slider Revolution settings they were not changing in your live site even that I disabled caching plugins for you.
P.S: I also saw on your System Status page that your PHP version can be newer and also a lot of your PHP limits are much lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.

Can I please contact Slider Revolution support and if they ask me for your Wordpress credentials do I have your permission to give them to RS support?
Thanks!
Yes you have my permission to share my WP credentials with RS Support.

For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.
Thanks for your understanding and your patience.
