    Hello - my WP form has stopped working on my members page (if you scroll down on the page you will see the issue). When you click in the boxes another green box pops up that I'm not able to click in.

    I have already tried:

    - De-activating & re-activating the plugin

    - Creating a new form

    - Adding another form onto the same page, which works on other pages - this doesn't work when used on the members page

    - The members form when placed on other pages also has issues

    You can access the site through bluehost:

    Domain: thebiographersclub.com

    URL: Biographersbluehost1!

    {"wp":{"use":false,"adminUrl":"https://thebiographersclub.com/members-2/wp-admin","username":"","password":""},"ftp":{"use":false,"url":"","port":"","user":"","password":"","path":""}}

    Hi millaadler,

    Please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:

    input.wpforms-valid:before {
        position: relative !important;
        width: 6px;
        height: 6px;
    }

    P.S: You are using an old version of our theme 2.9, the latest version for the moment is 2.9.2 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

    After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Have a nice day!

    Thank you for your help. Please could you let me know where I update my plugin? I have attached a screenshot because I can't see where to do the update?

    Also please could you specify where to add the code?

    Thanks so much!

    Thanks - I think it's a different theme that needs updating - as see screenshot attached?

    I get this message: 'An error occurred while updating Kalium: Theme is not activated, please activate the theme before updating it.'

    Does that mean I just need to add the code in? Let me know where I go to add it in.

    Thanks

    Hi millaadler,

    As the error says, your theme is not activated, you need to activate it to be able to update the theme and theme plugins.

    Read article Activating Kalium.

    Thanks!

    Hi thanks -

    But I am using the bookstore theme, which I think is why it's confusing - please see attached (the left one is live).

    Do I still need to update even though I am using a different theme to the one that is out of date?

    Thanks

    Hi millaadler,

    You are using Kalium child theme, and Child theme takes the files of the Kalium Main theme. Please activate your theme (here) and then update it, then update your premium plugins by going to Appearance > Install plugins area.

    Is simple as that...

    Have a nice day!

    Hi,

    Thanks - I jsut want to confirm if I activate the Kalium Main theme that's not going to make my current website go weird ? I'm nervous it's going to take over my current theme/website.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi millaadler,

    I'm not saying to activate the Kalium theme, but to activate your theme license (Product Activation) . Please read the documentation link that I send to you.

    https://documentation.laborator.co/kb/kalium/activating-the-theme.

    Hello,

    I'm really confused - I just made this change and followed the link and now the whole website has gone to the wrong theme?! Please could you check ASAP, the site is live and now everything has completely messed up. How do I get it back to how it was?
