I want to use a full background video on pages... can you advise me the best way to do this, considering size and speed etc. And if I can upload my own video file, are there good practices for file size?
I know I can embed YouTube/Vimeo, upload my own file to Page Builder parallax or background. Just wonder if you can help from your experience. Thank you!
It's a matter of choice, you can use WPBakery Page Builder or Revolution Slider. And it's better to add youtube videos because they already are compressed for best speed and youtube video quality based in user connection.
