Hello, I have long term problem with uploading pictures on my websites. I use Kalium Photography Demo.
I want to upload some pictures, index for uploading showing me 100% but wordpress showing me HTTP issue. Sometimes in wordpress media showing me picture which I want to upload but picture is grey and I cant use it. I tried upload it by FTP and it worked but only for few times and now any method doesn works. Pictures are in web space but wordpress can't register it. Could you help me please?
I deactivated all plugins but it still doesn't works. I contacted my hosting provider and he said that setting of wordpress and files are OK.
I tried all of this and problem is not solved. I contacted my webhosting support and they said that it is problem inside template. Could you please check my website? Maybe inside of code something happened. Because they said that template Kalium generate diferent preview than wordpress and that looks like that problem.
Your problem is 100% server related, I explained the problem in this video: https://d.pr/v/NHJ5rN
Your service provider is being lazy trying to blame someone else but this is clearly a server problem (or maybe a problem that is caused by any third-party plugin that you have installed but i doubt that).
Thanks!
P.S: I can see on your System Status page that your PHP version is a bit low and also your site is not HTTPS secure, so it doesn't have a SSL certificate installed.

Hi Michal,
That problem is not a theme problem, that is clearly a server side problem or an issue created by any plugin.
So what you can do:
1— Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
2— If not, then change the theme and try if the same problem happens again.
3— If not, then please contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix this problem for you.
Thanks!
