For some reason I can't get the comments section to appear on my pages, even when I have the option active (see picture). Any idea what may be causing this?
Please make sure you have activated the option to show comments section in Theme Options, and then also check the Settings > Discussion if you have the default Wordpress settings as in my video.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If you still have problems please just share your Wordpress credentials because I need to login to your site and test this strange problem. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

Sorry, I didn't understand your question from the beginning because I was thinking that you are talking about the blog posts. Now I can see that you were talking about pages.
I'm sorry but our theme doesn't offer comments section for pages, if you want to do that you can install a Wordpress plugin that does this job.
