My digital artwork is generally 4000 x 3000px. Too big to show. I would like to make an Image Grid featuring a selected detail of a work -- when you click it the whole work is displayed. This display will generally be 1600px or less. How can I do this please? Tried to add pngs but they never loaded.
Thanks Arlind - My site's still in stealth mode - not public. I'm a longtime WP user but with a theme made by a friend. Kalium's still confusing. My site background is already black. The reasoning for the detail/whole flip is to wordlessly train viewers about the complexity of my art. No travel photos or birthdays, just serious art. I'm hoping to avoid the extra doing of light box's extra step. What I want is a clean either/or (detail/whole) and no other excursions from the page.
I understand your point. Basically you want to show your art on grid so when users click on your artwork they will be redirected to a page that will show the details?
You can keep your current grid with your work and when you are ready to give me access to your site I can check this and help you achieve that.
Kalium may be confusion in the beginning because there are many ways of showcasing your work that is why I am not sure which form you are using, I might assume that you are using portfolio grid to showcase your work but you may be using Visual Composer grid and that wouldn't work for you if I gave you directions.

Hi bas19space,
Can you tell me which element you are using to show images? When you click them they show in do they show lightbox?
If you can send me your WP credentials it would help me figure out a solution.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
Also include the page URL with this issue.
