I want to change the font size of a title 'colouring outside the lines' on this page http://www.lynneblount.com
I have searched high and low in the theme settings and couldn't find anything. So then I went to typography and noticed you could change the headers. This one is H1 however even when I change that it doesn't alter the font size
So you can try changing that value to modify the font size or add your own custom CSS with !important rule that will force that font size you want.
As for social media icons, can you please give me your WP credentials so I can check with another theme if they display correctly, that widget is developed by Elementor and the code for them is not inside our theme so the problem might be related to plugin or theme and plugin conflict.
I see you are using Ninja forms for contact form, so the email should be configured inside Ninja Forms edit page for your contact form.
If you don't see the change immediately, please hard-refresh your browser (CTRL/CMD+R) because it takes longer to load the changes, as they are saved in browser cache. Another option is to open new private/incognito window and try if it works.

I also have a problem with the social icons in elementor. They are not displaying correctly see here http://www.lynneblount.com/contact-2/
I have now figured out how to find the font sizes....but the social icons are still a problem
Also.....How do I make sure the contact form information is being sent the right email address?
Thanks
Hi LynnesLens,
The reason why the font size doesn't change is because its affected by custom CSS rule in font settings (Abel):

Hi LynnesLens,
I have managed to fix this issue which was located in our theme, so now it looks fine:
