1— That problem is happening only in some images that you have uploaded because they are not saved well from your computer or they are corrupted. I also made a video to show you the problem (see video).

Please re-save those images that have problems and then upload them again, and if their thumbnail show in the Wordpress media section then they will work in the theme too.

2— That problem has happened because a required plugin such as Advanced Custom Fields PRO was not installed in your theme. I can see that you have installed this plugin now and you will not receive that problem anymore.
