The first is, link color on my theme doesn't change although I change it from the styling panel.
The second issue is the logo in footer I fallowed the documentation where it showed that in branding there is tab with footer option and I can't seem to find it.

1— For the first question I just replied to your other ticket where you have added the same question.
2— That logo is added in the Appearance > Widgets > Footer area.
