    I am trying to update the following plugins:

    Layer Slider, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder but they all fail due to timing out after 10 seconds. Any idea what am I doing wrong?

    Hi jimitav,

    Can you please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.

    Your problem is related to your server, I just tried to update a free Wordpress plugin that you had installed and it was not updating.

    Here is the error:

    Any idea what could the problem be? I have another Wordpress website on the same server and that has no issues updating the plugins.

    Hi jimitav,

    I'm not aware of this problem, I just updated those plugins manually for you. But if you encounter this problem again then you need to contact your hosting provider first because this is a server related problem.
