If your PHP cannot write custom-skin.css file then go to FTP (or from File Manager on your control panel), head to:
~/wp-content/themes/kalium-child/
There simply upload an empty file named custom-skin.css, and then try again to save the skin. If you see again the error then via FTP change file permissions by right-clicking it, like shown here and set the permissions to 777:

I'd like to set up the css file writable. How I can use FTP? Should I ask it to WP?
I wish I can update the custom-skin.css file.
