You are using an old version of our theme 5.2.2, the latest version for the moment is 5.2.6 , please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too. 

The easiest way to update your theme is if you use Envato Market plugin (screenshot). When you connect Envato Market plugin you will see theme update prompt on the Updates tab of your Wordpress site.

After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

Can you please check if your server meets the recommended PHP configuration limits as follows:

• max_execution_time 180
• memory_limit 128M
• post_max_size 64M
• upload_max_filesize 64M
• max_input_time 60
• max_input_vars 3000

In cases where you cannot update the PHP version yourself, you need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without impacting your website or charging you a fee. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:

Dear host,
I’m running Kalium theme on one of your servers and this theme has recommended using at least PHP 5.6.40 or higher. WordPress, the content management system that my theme uses, has listed PHP 7.3 as the recommended version on their requirements page: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
Can you please let me know if my hosting supports PHP 7.x or higher and how I can upgrade?
Also please increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

• max_execution_time 180
• memory_limit 128M
• post_max_size 64M
• upload_max_filesize 64M
• max_input_time 60
• max_input_vars 3000

Please follow my instructions to increase the PHP limits so I can re-install the theme as I could not update it from the Envato Market plugin. 

The upload_max_filesize is still the same, 2MB and it needs to be 64MB at least.

Yes the new version is installed, here you can find the release notes of Oxygen and see what has changed through the updates.

That's not something coming from the theme so you should contact the plugin author for any issues that is coming from the plugin.
