Hello for some weird reason I am unable to edit my Pages, Portfolios or post can you help here? All i see is a white screen when i try to edit with Wp baker and it times out when i hit regular edit.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If your problem is still happening then please disable Wordfence plugin so I can login in your Wordpress site.
I have submitted a ticket to WPBakery regarding this issue however they are requiring to give WP credentials. Do you agree to follow your credentials so they can check the issue.
I've posted again and hopefully they will take a look at your site because they are saying that the problem in their host is not replicated, which in fact is true, but I don't know the exact reason why this is happening on your host, very strange!
I dont understand "fresh install on a new directory" How do I do this? Do I uninstal my current theme and then reinstall? I will call my host and see if they can also check the "website root directory which might be affecting the scripts functionality."

I believe this happened after the update. Maybe I can try uninstalling it and reinstall?

Please try a fresh install on a new directory and just install Kalium theme and WPBakery Page Builder to see if the issue reappears?
If the problem is solved then the problem is at your website root directory which is affecting the scripts functionality.

In the process of trying to figure it out with Hostgator they deactivated/unistall WPBakery. is there a way to get it back?

I figured it out. I have Cloudflare and with Rocket Loader turned on WPbakery will not work.
I simply turned Rocket loader off. Hope this helps someone in the future.
