We have Kalium installed with the Product Filter For WooCommerce that comes bundled activated. We have had it working without issue for a while now. Generally it works as expected, although it has started acting strangely.
If you go to a product category and select a filter it leaves a large blank space between the top of the product area and the start of the product. This make it look as if there is no products in that category. If you refresh the page it appears to work normally, but you have to refresh after each new filter selection.
I am aware this sounds like a Product Filter For WooCommerce issue. But they require us to sign up to their support package to get help, and as we purchased this product through you we only have support with you.
Apologies for the trouble but we just made a mistake. Thinking that the "Product Filter for WooCommerce" update had finally been released we updated but I now realise that I have put it back to 7.0.7 by mistake. If possible could you downgrade us again to 7.0.4 and we'll be sure only to upgrade to 7.0.8 in future!
Yes, the plugin author hasn't fixed this problem in the 7.0.8 version as promised. We have contacted him again but they haven't responded to our emails (see video).
I downgraded this plugin again for you to version 7.0.4.
P.S: Can you please contact this user for this problem too, maybe when there are many requests they will fix this problem...

Hi Alice,
That is a bug in the "Product Filter for WooCommerce" plugin and the author of this plugin promised they it will fix the problem in the 7.0.8 version.
If you want I can downgrade this plugin for you to version 7.0.4 where this problem was not happening.
Thanks!
Hello Ylli
Thanks for your quick reply.
Yes if you could bump us down to 7.0.4 that would be very helpful.
We can look out for version 7.0.8 when it arrives.
I just downgraded the plugin for you Alice
Have a nice day!
Hi Alice,
I can see on your System Status page that some of your PHP limits are lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.
(view on a new page)
For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.
Have a great weekend!
Hello Ylli
Thanks for the heads up, we will look into that.

Hi Alice,

Hello Ylli
The author of this plugin finally released the 7.0.8 version, but unfortunately the problem has not been fixed. We are seeing the exact same issue.
Could you please advise.
