    Hi,

    Two questions for mobile.

    1. Featured images sometimes are not loading on mobile and remain grey. (look screenshots attached). I've seen this multiple times in the past, so I would like to fix this so it never happens again.

    2. Some portfolio-items become unresponsive on a mobile samsung device of a friend, for example this item: https://fullscalearchitecten.be/projecten/de-eigen-zorg-in-handen/
It completely freezes, and you can't scroll or interact with the page anymore, and I have no idea why. Other portfolio items do work without a problem, they are using the same settings.

    Best regards,

    Vincent

    Hi Vincent,

1— First make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium theme.

Go to WordpressUpdates section to update Kalium, if the Kalium update doesn't show, then click Check Again button 1-2 times and the theme update should show.

We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

    Thanks!

Note: If you still have problems then please reply and send us your Wordpress credentials so we can check your problem.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Have a nice weekend!

    Dear Ylli,

I Updated the theme to the latest version, but I've noticed this behavior many times through-out other versions.

Disabling third party plugins makes no sense, because that's the whole purpose of the wordpress system I think.

Anyway, I disabled WP fastest cache to test, because I think that might be smth, but It doesn't make a difference, first time I load the website with the plugin disabled, I get missing thumbnails, check screenshot attached.

I also use a polylang plugin, which works, only within the custom query of a page I get English & Dutch posts mixed up together. (cfr other screenshot attached)

What can I do about that?

    Hi Vincent,

That is not a behaviour that happens in our theme, that's why I asked you to disable third-party plugins temporary because in most of cases third-party plugins create problems.

I can check your problem but first I need your Wordpress credentials as I wrote in my previous reply.

    Thanks!
