    hello,

    since the last update, my pagination doesn't work and I can't access to the other items, see bellow:

    Hi Sharon,

    We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

    I did what you told me and it crashed my website!

    One of your plugins created a fatal error in your site. Don't worry, I will try to help you but 

    Can you please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials because I need to login to your site and test your issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

    Hi,

    Your FTP credentials are working for me but even that I enabled WP_DEBUG in your site I still can't login in your Wordpress or debug your site.

    This error is appearing:

    Can you please write your hosting provider so they can fix this problem and I can login in your site and continue with your ticket request.

    It's the same for me. Maybe your server doesn't allow logins from other states.

    If this is the case then please send those informations to your server administrator.

    Hi Sharon,

    I just entered your site and I saw that you were using the latest version of Aurum but one of the premium plugins WPBakery Page Builder was outdated, so I just went to Appearance > Install Plugins and updated this plugin for you.

    Also the WooCommerce plugin was updated but WooCommerce database notice was appearing to update your WooCommerce database, so I did it for you.

    Can you please check if your problem is now solved?

    You can read the message that is telling you to contact the hosting provider and this is clearly a server related problem because I can't even see your initial problem because that URL http://www.sasportasgallery.com/drawing is not showing anything.

    Hi Sharon,

    I further investigated your issue and disabled all the third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) and your problem was solved, so I could see your site pages.

    Please now enable third-party plugins one-by-one until you found out which plugin is causing issues in your site.

    Hi Ylli,

    This is weird they all seems to work and the website is back online, thanks.

    But unfortunately the issue which why I opened this ticket still appear as you can see here:

    Even without all the other plugin and only with the Aurum template the pagination was still not appearing...

    any idea how to fix it?

    As for your initial question:

    I can see that you are using third-party plugin called Product Filter for WooCommerce, please contact the plugin author because this is not a theme problem but a plugin issue (see video).
