Hi Antonia,
The mobile logo size will be determined on first load of the site since you are using the sticky header with auto hide function.
So if you load the page on mobile screens the logo size is relevant to your theme options values:
Mobile:
(view large image)
Desktop:
(view large image)
Currently this is the only option and we are planing to fix this.
