You can't use the same lightbox for the blog posts, I can help you change the skin of the lightbox with some Custom CSS and make it dark like in the portfolio lightbox.
The reason I want to change the lightbox is that I regularly receive feedback from visitors that find the current lightbox not user friendly. It sometimes happens that a user opens a photo in the blog, andiss unable to close it or it just disappears, and then the text in the background is slightly greyed out and unreadable. See attached image as example. Is this a known issue perhaps?
If not; the only other thing I can do is download a plugin for a different lightbox experience for the blog photos?
Is it possibly OS / Browser related? The visitor who sent me that screenshot is using W10 with Google Chrome. I have to be honest, with Safari in MacOS I have no issues either.
I tried many times to replicate the problem and finally I could see it only once, this is not a theme issue so please try disabling your plugins one by one to see where the problem is coming from.
Hi,
Is it possible to use the same photo viewer for photos in a blog, as is used on portfolio items and the featured photo in a blog?
Thanks.
