Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Aurum first. The latest version for the moment is 3.4.6.2 , please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update your theme is if you use Envato Market plugin (screenshot). When you connect Envato Market plugin you will see theme update prompt on the Updates tab of your Wordpress site.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
If you still have the same problem then please share your Wordpress credentials because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how)
I don't know how you got that CSS in your Custom CSS area but the problem was happening because you have installed CSS of the Fashion demo of Kalium theme but you are using Aurum theme in your site.
I just removed those CSS codes for you and now the problem is solved (see video).
I think that you have installed Kalium fashion demo first and then you installed Aurum demos, and that mixed up your content.
If you want to start a fresh Wordpress site then you can reset your Wordpress installation by using this plugin WordPress Reset (By WebFactory Ltd) and activate Aurum and install demo-content.
