How to I edit my robots.txt file to allow crawling? I know that I need to remove the forwardslash, I just don't know where. I searched the documentation and Google before asking.
Sorry but this question is out of our support scope.
If you're looking for professional help in this matter, there's always someone available for such tasks on the WP Kraken or Codeable. Pricing and timeline are always straightforward there and that's the main reason for recommending those services.
While I understand, this is frustrating and leaves a bad taste in my mouth since I had given Kalium a good review, and since I already paid for Kalium. What good is having a blog if search engines can't discover my articles because of my default robots.txt settings? This is a basic and critical part of a blog, which I expect would be standard.

I've seen the robots.txt file, but I can't edit it. I think just need to delete one forward slash in it. Hardly worth paying for.
Hi Benjamin,
I think that you can edit robots.txt file in the Yoast SEO plugin too. When you install the plugin just go to SEO > Tools > File Editor.
Thanks!
