    I am unable to update the plugins for:

    1. Layer Slider

    2. Slider Revolution

    3. WPBakery Page Builder

    4. WooCommerce

    There is a separate error for:

    createIT Size Guide Plugin – WooCommerce Plugin must be installed and activated in order to use this plugin.

    --------------

    For all plugins, it gives this message:

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/n3pewpnaspod01_data06/42/3379442/html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/

    Plugin installation failed.

    Hi ruturajparikh,

    This problem happened because your server failed to install the plugin as it should but it created plugin folders, so the Wordpress was thinking that those plugins where already existing. I deleted those plugin folders and then I managed to install those plugins for you.

    P.S: I can see on your System Status page that some of your PHP version is old and also some PHP limits are lower than Wordpress and modern themes require.

    Hi Ylli,


    Thanks for your help! and also, for the PHP requirement details and email. I will do the needful

    1) However, I am failing to update WordPress 5.2.2 now. 

    2) Also, the following errors are showing:

    This theme recommends the following plugin: WooCommerce.The following recommended plugin is currently inactive: Slider Revolution. 

    Is this one required?

    Hi ruturajparikh,

    You have problems with file permissions in your server as you can see from the error (see video).
