I've been working on my topic with my colleague for a few days now. But now I can do nothing more, we are in the same Acc and everything works well for him. However, I can not save changes to WP Bakery, edit shapes in the slider, or move fonts. Sometimes everything works, sometimes not. What can I do against it? Many thanks!
Please make sure that you have followed those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
