    Dear Team,

    After following your tutorial, we ended up at the popup after clicking "install content pack".

    Theme is activated, Plugins installed. Server has enough memory. PHP is ok.

    See attachments. Could you please help?

    Hi Sven,

    Can you please try again and if still the same, change the browser to see if this is something browser related. If you have the same issue again then please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

    To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
