I need to put some logos in the footer with some text before them. Have I to handmade it on the footer.php or there is another way? (I know there is a custom field to insert text on the footer)

I have added the images to your footer, this is a customization which I did for free so next time if you're looking for professional help in this matter, there's always someone available for such tasks on the WP Kraken or Codeable. Pricing and timeline are always straightforward there and that's the main reason for recommending those services.
Because english isn't my main language I think I don't express myself in the correct way; I was asking how can I achieve that. I see that you put the images in the Footer Left box, so thank you for that because now I now how can I customize them so float properly on responsive.
I suppose that the <hr> above the logos have to be removed from the footer.php, right?
Thank you Art! I've used another CSS also to remove the .footer-widgets space because I don't find anywhere in the php where is that <hr>; but its solved! : )

You're welcome, if you want to remove the HR you can also using CSS:
.site-footer.site-footer-inverted hr { display: none; }To add custom CSS follow this article in our documentation.
