We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If after this, the problem is not solved then please share your Wordpress credentials because I need to login to your site and test your problem. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
I tested this problem and it seems that this is not a theme problem because I activated a default Wordpress theme Twenty Nineteen and the same problem was happening again https://d.pr/v/3aT3KT.
P.S: Please read this article Recommended PHP configuration limits. And if your PHP, MySQL or other limits are lower than in the article then you can write an email like this and send it to your hosting provider:
Dear host, I’m running a Wordpress theme on one of your servers and this theme has recommended using at least PHP 5.6.40 or higher. WordPress, the content management system that my theme uses, has listed PHP 7.3 as the recommended version on their requirements page: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements Can you please let me know if my hosting supports PHP 7.0 or higher and how I can upgrade?
Also please increase those limits to a minimum as follows: max_execution_time 180 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 64M upload_max_filesize 64M max_input_time 60
I have another question, how do I replicate the FAQ and Contact pages in the demo? When I tried the demo install via Laborator, I didn't get an FAQ and Contact page.
— For the contact page, please see this video to learn how to activate Contact Page, then you can tweak the options available based in your preferences.
Hello,
Whenever I update a page, it redirects to a 404 (see attached) and then the updates are not implemented.
