I have just put the contact form into my website and the lines underneath 'name', 'email' and 'message' do not align with the corresponding line to fill out (see screenshot attached).
Can you please disable Jetpack plugin and check if the problem is solved? If not, please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
