I think that you don't need to customize theme or WooCommerce files to do that. Anyway, those questions are customization question and support doesn't offer customization services as we wrote on our support homepage and on this area. I will try to help you this time though

1— Please just add this CSS code to your Custom CSS area:

.woocommerce .shipping-calculator-container .shipping-calculator-form {
    background: #fff;
}
.woocommerce .shipping-calculator-container .shipping-calculator-form .form-row {
    width: 100%;
}

* first code will remove the map and the second one will make the form rows 100% instead of 50% that they were before.

2— Please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:

body.woocommerce-cart .select2-dropdown .select2-search .select2-search__field {
    display: none;
}
body.woocommerce-cart .select2-dropdown .select2-search .select2-search__field:before {
    display: none;
}

3— That is not possible to do in WooCommerce or in our theme.

4— You can rename/translate WooCommerce or Oxygen strings with the help of Loco Translate plugin.
